Question of the Day - Best Boss

I don't like to talk too much about Day Job but today there is something I would like to share. This afternoon I am attending a lunch for our Executive Director who basically just got axed by our evil members. Ah, the life and lame politics of a nonprofit organization.

It's a bad economic climate for so many people and we are no exception. We haven't had raises or cost of living increases in two years. Morale is way down. Despite that, our Executive Director has done his best to make it a pleasant working environment. He's a great guy and he will be sorely missed. And I shudder to think what is going to happen once he's gone.
